Pecans have great flavor, but I ordered Jr. Mammoth and they actually are much smaller than Jr. Mammoth size. So I was disappointed that the size was much smaller than usual. Over the last 3.5 years, I’ve ordered over $9000 in nuts from this company and this is the first time the nuts were not perfect. I really wanted a much bigger pecan but most of the nuts inside the box were less than an inch long. I would not have ordered the smaller size pecan because I make Pecan Caramel Clusters and I like bigger pecans for these chocolates.
