Know Before You Build

Pallet orders require the right delivery setup.

Before placing a pallet order, make sure your location and delivery conditions can support freight shipments. Understanding these requirements ahead of time helps avoid delays, additional fees, or failed deliveries.

Delivery Location
Commercial Address Preferred

Pallet orders are best suited for commercial locations with regular freight access. Residential deliveries may require additional services.

Loading & Unloading
Dock or Lift Gate Required

A loading dock is the most efficient option. If no dock is available, a lift gate service will be required. Lift gate deliveries may add cost and require clear access space.

Access & Space
Ensure Clear Delivery Access

Truck must be able to safely access your location. Adequate space is required for unloading pallets. Tight residential streets or restricted areas may cause issues.

Receiving the Shipment
Have Someone Available to Receive Delivery

Pallet shipments require a scheduled delivery window. A responsible party must be present to accept and inspect the order.

Two Ways To Build Your Pallet Order

Mixed Pallets

Customize Your Pallet Order

Mixed pallets give approved customers the flexibility to combine multiple eligible products into one larger order. This is a good option when you need variety, want to restock several items at once, or are building an order around specific inventory needs.

  • Combine multiple eligible products
  • Ideal for varied inventory needs
  • Must meet the 500 lb. minimum
  • Must stay under the 1,500 lb. maximum
  • Larger orders may be split across multiple pallets
  • Checked out separately from standard cart orders

Pre-Packed Pallets

Ready To Ship Pallets

Pre-packed pallets are built around a single product with a predetermined case count and total pallet weight. This is the simplest option when you know you need a large quantity of one item and want a faster, more streamlined ordering process.

  • Full pallet of a single product
  • Preconfigured case counts and weights
  • Easier planning with fewer variables
  • Fast turnaround for high-volume restocking
  • Dozens of products to choose from
  • Available only on eligible products
