Understanding Your Ordering Options

Everything you need to know before placing a bulk or pallet order.

How Bulk Ordering Works

Bulk case ordering is designed to be simple, flexible, and accessible to every customer.

All bulk products can be purchased directly through the website using standard checkout. There is no approval process, no minimum order requirement beyond case quantities, and no special setup needed to get started.

You can browse products, choose your preferred size, and place an order just like any typical eCommerce purchase.

Bulk ordering works best when you:

  • Need consistent, manageable quantities
  • Want to restock on your own schedule
  • Are testing new products or expanding your offerings
  • Prefer smaller, more frequent orders
  • Want the option to subscribe and automate repeat purchases

If your needs grow over time, you can always scale into pallet ordering later without changing suppliers.

Pallet Ordering Details

Pallet Ordering Requirements & Process

Pallet ordering is built for businesses that are ready to purchase at higher volumes and receive freight shipments.

Because these orders involve logistics beyond standard shipping, pallet purchasing is available to approved customers only.

Once approved, you can build pallet orders using eligible products or select from pre-packed pallet options when available.

To qualify for pallet ordering, your business should be able to:,/p>

  • Receive freight deliveries (dock or liftgate access)
  • Handle pallet unloading and storage
  • Place larger, consolidated orders

After requesting access, our team will review your account and enable pallet purchasing if it’s a good fit.

Mixed vs. Pre-Packed Pallets

Two ways to build a pallet — depending on how you order.

Mixed Pallets

Build a pallet around your needs.

Mixed pallet ordering allows you to combine multiple eligible products into a single shipment. This option gives you full control over what goes on each pallet, making it ideal for businesses that manage a variety of inventory.

Best for when you:

  • Need multiple products in one order
  • Want flexibility in quantities and selection
  • Restock across different categories
  • Build orders based on current demand

What to expect:

  • Minimum pallet weight typically starts at 500 lbs
  • Orders can include multiple product types
  • Not all products may be eligible
  • Larger orders may be split across pallets

Pre-Packed Pallets

Choose a ready-to-ship configuration.

Pre-packed pallets are fixed product bundles with set case counts and total weight. These are designed for efficiency, consistency, and faster ordering.

Best for when you:

  • Reorder the same product in large quantities
  • Want a faster, simplified ordering process
  • Prefer consistent pallet configurations
  • Purchase high-volume staple items

What to expect:

  • Fixed case counts and pallet weights
  • Fast Turn Around
  • Limited to select products
  • No customization within the pallet
  • Visible only to approved pallet buyers

No. Only eligible products can be added to a mixed pallet. Some products may be available for standard checkout only, while others may be limited to pre-packed pallet ordering.
