Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups (225 g) raw cashews – soaked overnight and drained
- ¾ cup (190 mL) water
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
