Steps to Ordering Online
Placing an order is easy, but please note that we do not collect online payments at this time. Read the steps below for more information on ordering online with CJ Dannemiller:
- Browse our online catalog: Everything we sell is available on our website with consistently updated pricing.
- Add Products to Your Cart: On each product page, use the “Online Order Form” to choose a product and set the desired quantity of that product before adding to cart. If you’re looking for a quantity significantly larger than the amounts on our product page, or if you’d like to establish scheduled shipments, learn more about our bulk ordering.
- Checkout to Place Your Order: Click the shopping cart icon in the upper righthand corner of the website to checkout. You can then review your order and proceed to the next step which will collect contact details from you. Note: your checkout total does not include shipping. If you would like to estimate your shipping costs prior to placing your order, see our Shipping Information page or contact us.
- We Contact You for Payment: After you submit your order, a CJ Dannemiller customer service representative will contact you within one business day to discuss shipping options and collect payment information. CJ Dannemiller will only contact new customers during business hours to finalize shipping and payment arrangements.
Orders placed online will be processed during our normal business hours:

Additional Ordering Information
Although we regularly update pricing, they are still subject to change without notice.
Unless credit has been established, terms are C.O.D. On open accounts, terms are net 10 days. A 1.5% monthly service charge will be added to past due accounts. Accounts over 30 days old are no longer considered “open accounts” and must be C.O.D. A 15% charge is made on merchandise returned for credit. Only unopened containers and non-perishable items may be returned. All claims must be made within 10 days. We accept Mastercard, VISA and Discover.
We take great pride in or service department. Our factory trained technicians have had years of experience servicing many brands of concession equipment and we also service all of the equipment we sell. We keep parts inventory stocked to ensure that your downtime is kept to a minimum. Repairs are billed at the current rate per hour plus part pricing.
