With the launch of our new website, we’ve supplemented the personal service our customers love with the online convenience customers have come to expect.

It’s really easy:

  1. BROWSE our online catalog — Everything we sell is available on our website with the most current pricing.
  2. ADD PRODUCTS to your Shopping Cart — On any product page, set your quantity and click ADD TO CART to reserve whatever items you choose.
  3. CHECKOUT to place your order — Specify your contact and shipping preferences.
  4. WE’LL CONTACT YOU to arrange payment and shipping.

Prices are updated regularly but are subject to change without notice.


Terms

Unless credit has been established, terms are C.O.D. On open accounts, terms are net 10 days. A 1½% monthly service charge will be added to past due accounts. Accounts over 30 days old are no longer considered to be an “open account” and must be C.O.D.

A charge of 15% is made on merchandise returned for credit. Only unopened containers and non-perishable items may be returned.

All claims must be made within 10 days.

Mastercard, Visa, & Discover accepted.


Service

We take a great deal of pride in our service department – it’s the best around. Our factory trained technicians have had years of experience servicing many brands of concession equipment. Plus, we service the equipment that we sell. We have thousands of dollars in repair parts inventory so your down time is kept to the absolute minimum. Repairs are billed at the current rate per hour plus parts. An additional charge, based on mileage, is applied for an “on location” service call. Click here for more information.


Shipping

We ship by United Parcel Service throughout the country. For shipments within Ohio “UPS Ground” service usually gets there overnight. Larger shipments can be made by Motor Truck. Sorry, No C.O.D.’s.

Regularly scheduled weekly deliveries with our own trucks are maintained within the following limits. Orders with a minimum value of $250.00 are delivered within 50 miles of our warehouse. Beyond 50 miles and up to 100 miles, the minimum for delivery is a $400.00 order. A fuel surcharge may be applied. Orders of less than the above minimums are charged a delivery fee.

Orders for delivery must be received by noon on the day preceding the delivery date.

Special deliveries are subject to extra charge.
